Which activities make you lose track of time?

I used to hate working out. I would check the time all the time. But at the same time, I know how many amazing benefits there are to working out.

But after going to work out classes and loving the feeling of strength and overcoming more than trying to look like kpop star skinny, I have really taken working out seriously and have been intentional about each movement (click here for why pilates is the best workout for people who don’t like working out). Especially in pilates when the movement is supposed to be slow and intentional.

Actually, I just finished out a workout now and my butt is still burning haha. But pilates has been the fastest hour that goes by because I just love the time dedicated to myself first thing in the morning. And I do recommend to everyone to cut your phone time at night and wake up early to spend some time for yourself in the morning. It really is amazing how your brain chemistry changes from working out and sleeping early (click here to learn how to adjust your routine). You also started your day slow and for yourself so you arent frustrated that you havent done anything for yourself and all you do is work work work.
