Meal plan ideas for the week of June 1-7, 2025

Making food everyday is maybe one of the most burdensome tasks as an adult. Let’s be honest. Not everyone is cut out for cooking, but at the same time, it is so important to cook your own food at home for your health and your wallet. But what can you possibly make?

Here is my meal plan for this week:

Breakfast:

Veggie scrambled eggs with buttered toast and strawberries and a tangerine. This meal takes me about ten minutes to make and I’ve honestly been eating it everyday for two months. I am waiting for the day to be sick of it.

How to make:

Dinner:

I don’t usually eat much dinner but I eat something light like a snack (examples below) or you can have a smoothie (pre pack fruits and veggies and freeze them, and when needed, blend them with juice and ice).

I also love pre packaged food from Trader Joe’s because it’s easy, light, and at the end of the day, you are way too tired for a feast.

Snack:

  • Cheese stick
  • Tangerines
  • Chips and guacamole
