I am so excited to start this blogging journey. I have started many before but I struggled in the art of consistency. But recently I have gotten a lot better with consistency in the fitness realm of my life and school part of my life as I do my masters, I have become better at it.
In this blog, I strive to share my fitness tips as a girlie who never liked working out and now I am obsessed on consistent, eating tips for how I gain more energy and feel better, mental health tips on how I get out of my own head when my head is going against me, and so much more!
